About the Coach: Omar has been highly involved in Lethbridge baseball in various capacities. Playing college baseball for Lethbridge (PBA), en route to further opportunities at University of Illinois, Omar was drafted by the San Diego Padres in 2004 as a pitcher. Since his playing days Omar shared his baseball expertise in a coaching capacity, and now as a speaker. He is passionate about baseball development and teaching the fundamentals to youth players and coaches. new coaches alike. Teaching skills to players and practice planning will be covered for T-Ball, Coach, Pitch and Rookie Baseball divisions.
Currently, there is one session planned for 10:00 AM at Senator Joyce Fairbairn School located at 301 Rocky Mountain Blvd W.
